Returns are allowed within 20 days from purchase date.  An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required and must be requested by sending an email to cs@maximumfitnessgear.com.  To be eligible for returns, item must be unused and in its original packaging (i.e., unassembled).  Items that have been opened and assembled for use are not eligible for returns.  The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  A refund will be provided once the item is received and inspected, less the original shipping cost.  Also, a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the Purchase Price.  For defective items received, we will replace parts or the entire product as necessary.   (If a refund is requested instead of resolving the issue, refund will be issued for cost of product and customer is responsible for returning the item.  Original shipping cost is non-refundable.)  Please note that we will do everthing possible to resolve items that are considered defective.  Any returned item due to failure of recipient to receive the package (after 3 delivery attempts) will result in a $12 return fee.
